Donations
All donations made to Benefits for Ummah Foundation are voluntary and are used to support our charitable and humanitarian activities.

Online Payments
Online donations are processed through SSLCOMMERZ, our payment gateway provider.
Available payment methods may include cards, mobile financial services, internet banking, or other methods supported by the payment gateway.
A donation is considered successful after the payment transaction has been successfully completed and confirmed.
If money appears to have been deducted but you have not received confirmation of a successful donation, please contact us with your transaction details so that we can investigate the payment status.
Refunds and Cancellations
As donations are voluntary charitable contributions, successfully processed donations are generally non-refundable.
However, we may consider a refund where:
A donation was charged more than once because of a processing error;
An incorrect amount was donated by mistake;
A transaction was processed in error; or
There is a verified unauthorized transaction.
To request a refund, email b4ufoundation.bd@gmail.com with your name, donation amount, transaction ID, transaction date, and reason for the request.
Please never send your PIN, CVV, OTP, password, or other confidential payment credentials.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to the processing time of SSLCOMMERZ, your bank, card issuer, mobile financial service provider, or other relevant financial institution.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it generally cannot be cancelled through the website. If you have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
